- supported a stronger noise ordinance with escalating fines for repeat offenders

supported the new Uniform Development Ordinance, including sponsoring a requirement for 3-D models for all new downtown project proposals

supports committing Monroe County to a Zero Net Waste policy within 30 years, starting with expanding recycling efforts in the city of Bloomington

supports comprehensive parking reform, including better use of garage and on-street spaces downtown

supports increasing mass transit services, including making a Downtown Shuttle a reality

supports making Bloomington substantially more bicycle and pedestrian-oriented

is pushing for mixed-use zoning and traditional neighborhood development throughout the metropolitan area
